  • Responsible for maintaining safety and function of 23 curing machines, executing shutdown and startup procedures to provide maintenance, and consistently troubleshooting the PLC and belt systems. Teamwork and conflict resolution have played a substantial role in accomplishing these responsibilities.
  • Served in various leadership roles to include safety, human resources and training coordinator positions in conjunction with day to day responsibilities. Safety was particularly valuable in that I was able to asses risks on the production floor and educate employees on safety procedures.
