• I have filled the position as OPs Sup during normal operations, waterflood pit stops and full facility shutdowns over the past 4 years. I have also filled the marine Supervisor position when there is a need and during USCG inspections as well as ISIP inspections over the same time frame. I am currently the process Advisor on A crew where I am expected to certify or have ready to certify individuals in their required skill areas
• Have also been filling in the past 2 years for HSSE Lead when needed
• I review the weekly schedule sent out by the planner to look for accuracy, review for opportunities cross train in other areas. I pull up the DOI provided by the engineers and plan each day to include these activities
• I am a current Barge Supervisor license holder, BCO license holder, Lifeboat commander, certified in open Water Rescue, AB certificate holder, Hazardous material handling certified, fall protection, 1st Aid certified and rigger trained
• I have trained less experienced operators on the deck in all three process areas and in the control room. I am willing to work in any are or assist other who are less competent to learn the areas. I am currently the Operations Advisor on A crew in which I have recently re-certified the operations personnel on the proper operations of the SC-SSV. I have certified personnel in SPBP as well as the FLBM process. I have held several training sessions utilizing power point to teach team members the proper operations of equipment one recent one being the proper operations of a Wemco unit to align all crews for better water quality
• I have been the focal point during annual facility shutdowns for equipment and valves being replace on the utilities for the TLP. I have also been the lead on the Wemco upgrades and removal for refurbish. The first operator to understand and know the operations of the A10 smart well
• I utilize SAP to identify equipment that needs maintenance, order replacement supplies and parts and to also track my work time. We sometimes use SAP history to research the failure history of equipment when attempting to find resolutions for downtime
• I have and can communicate clearly both written and verbal within the organization lateral and above. An example would be when procedures are sent for us to review I can utilize the email system or phone conversation to explain the needed changes or updates
• I have presented topics for the weekly safety meeting, power point presentations to the operators on proper equipment operations and held discussions on LFIs during the morning pre shift meetings
• I have been asked to participate in the meeting to optimize the hydrate mitigation for the Princess Subsea system due to my knowledge of the system and subsea field operations. I was involved with the writing the startup and first operations of the Princess 3rd flowline 147, which had the first IBV installed on an existing asset
• I am an active member of the RCC where I perform close out of weekly PINCs, review and bring back to the process team any new government regulation notices reviewed during this meeting. I have participated in the annual BSEE inspection as a CCR operator, PSA and Operations Advisors. During those inspections I have performed safety check with the inspector, reviewed paper work. I recently lead the BSEE inspection for Ursa on the sales metering seal inspection that resulted in o INCs. I review the monthly inspection due when on shift to make sure we are ready to perform them is we have an event that shuts the facilities or we have a clear plan to complete them and remain in compliance
• I have written, validate and help to develop LOPs for the process equipment. As a process advisor one of my responsibilities is to ensure the less experienced operators understand that a LOP is needed and followed for every task we perform. I review the LOP before the job is started to ensure the operator performing the work has a clear understanding
• I am competent in the new Permit Vision system. I utilize the system to write work permits, JSAs and isolation certificates. In the old ISSOW system I also had AA which gave the authority to approve work and isolation at night if work out of the ordinary came up
• Responsible for assessing deck operators as well as CCR and subsea operator on A and D crews to close any GAPS or noncompliances found in their needed skills
• Am up to date on my Operations Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor and Marine Supervisor FLBM assessments.
• I'm an active member of the WAVE group
• I'm currently working on my OIM FLBM assessment to begin backfilling the role as needed.
• I provided the team with structure and templates needed to move forward to start building the space surveys as well as the drill scenarios. Also provided a list of USCG yearly and quarterly required drills that needed to be included. This resulted in the action item being completed in enough time to begin utilizing the boost building to start running through drill scenarios and redlining space surveys. This will also carry over to MRS.
• I organized a team to develop a plan to utilize the boost building to assist getting our GIS operators up to speed on Shells ways of working, SOSO rounds as well as inteletrac rounds. Also served as a refresher to Shell personnel who have not been offshore recently. The team spent one day a week utilizing the boost building for this reason.
• I attended the BSEE meet and greet engagement at Wood Creek and assisted in getting the Singapore Pre-Inspection plan put together. Worked with BSEE on figuring out the best plan of attack and personnel needed to assist them in guaranteeing a successful inspection. The Pre-inspection was completed with no major issues.
• I worked hand in hand with Whale VAT team in organizing and putting on the Whale 2023 SUOP. I assisted in selecting operations personnel needed to write, review, as well as present the SUOP procedures that were reviewed during the weeklong workshop. The SUOP and procedure review will play a major part in a successful safe start-up of Whale.

· Successfully participated in the virtual onboarding with Whale team in April. Got with my opposite to start learning the Marine side of the project as well as the Process side.

· Assisted Operations in redlining drawings as well as going through P&IDs to identify proper valve tagging.

· Assisted opposite Marine Sup and OIMs in identifying safe locations on top of hull columns for life jacket boxes to allow for safe egress in cases of an emergency where life rafts would be needed. Also assisted in identifying locations for life raft painter lines to be hung.

· Participated in exercise with USCG, Engineers and OIMs to verify adequate life jackets and other life saving equipment to accommodate a 120 POB before first oil.

· Currently participating in all Marine related FATS as well as any other FATs that are going on.

· Also participated in group discussions with OIMs to go over life saving equipment and egress routes around facility as well as life saving equipment and egress routes inside Living Quarters.
