
I am a coach specializing in athlete supervision and communication skills training. Successfully developed and implemented training programs that enhance performance, teamwork, and self-discipline among athletes, driving a culture of respect and sportsmanship.
Responsible for 3 Assistant Coaches. Responsible for the supervision of all student athletes during practices as well as games. Teaching the game of football to student athletes. Instilling a positive attitude, motivation, and a will to win into all student athletes. Conditioning the athletes and preparing them for 48 minutes of football. Striving to teach self-discipline and control over their emotions. Try and create a team atmosphere instead of self achievement.
I assist with the conditioning of all student athletes participating. I schedule and supervise practices. I correspond with the Athletic Director as well as the Principle to inform them of any issues that could or have developed. I assist with the supervision and accountability of all athletes during practice and meets. I train athletes in their specific area of expertise, whether it be sprinting, hurdling, distance, or throwing. I strive to ensure a positive attitude within each student athlete.
I was responsible for Supervising 7 Recreation Specialist. I completed and maintained a monthly schedule for all staff. I conducted staff evaluations quarterly as well as a final yearly evaluation. I was responsible for all programs ran within the department for the inmate population. To include: A Personal Trainer Course/Spin Cycle Classes/Cardiovascular Classes/Nutrition Classes/Aerobic Classes, etc. Intramural Sports to include: Flag football/ Basketball/Softball/Soccer. My department also offered Officiating Classes through NIRSA for all relative sports. I held this position for 14 plus years.
Teaching youth the fundamentals of the game of football. Respect, sportsmanship, and competition.
