Summary

I am a passionate and effective leader in athletic program management with experiences at the club, professional, and high school levels. For nearly 10 years, I directed and led the local Lightening Soccer Club serving players and families in the Upper Valley. For the past three years, beyond my assistant Athletic Director duties at KUA, I have coached and guided the KUA boys varsity program and its student athletes. During my years of experience coaching at the professional level in Zimbabwe, I was well known for my ability to manage the complex political and social challenges that are typical at the highest levels of sports in Africa. I was responsible for staffing, budget management, as well as overseeing all the logistical hurdles of professional sports. These years of experience continue to inform and support my abilities to navigate the challenges of youth and high school sports from individual player conflicts to the daily challenges of interacting with parents, advisors, and KUA's faculty from the admission process to college recruitment.
