Developed and launched a group fitness and training program which is designed to directly generate revenue for gyms. CP (Confidence and Power) group classes are designed to drive personal training and small group training sales at each gym. CP is one of the first 3-Dimensional home fitness programs focusing on exercise, nutrition, and mindset. Each workout is 10 minutes or less using “Threshold Training” (a combination of circuit and interval training) and isolates one muscle or muscle group without the use of weights or equipment.

Collaborated with sales and product managers at pharmaceutical companies to determine a profitable offer to provide to patients for copay savings. Managed dedicated call staff for each program. Ensured flawless launch of new programs as well as maintained satisfaction of customers. Point person on all contract renewals including drafting and execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements, sales/purchasing orders, statements of work, addendums and amendments and any changes to the original contract. Secured contracts for design, printing, shipping, and fulfillment from third party vendors. In conjunction with IT, wrote and published the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for two brand new web based tools, custom designed for clients clinical trial programs.
