As a Route Assistant, your basic job standard is to perform all tasks requested of you by the delivery driver to which you are assigned. You are to support his sales efforts in the market on the route that has been assigned by the Delivery Supervisor .

As a Route Sales Representative I am the "face" of ARAMARK to our customers. It is a critical role, and one that I recognize the value and importance of. I am responsible for maintaining my route, delivering uniforms, mats, hygiene, etc. in a timely manner, and the same time every week. I definitely have to have good people skills, Willingness to get hands-on, Entrepreneurial energy, and Ability to stay positive. I take great pride in my route, and enjoy the customers I provide service to.

To schedule at least four appointments a day, creative or office leads, run inspection and propose pest, termite, and moisture control. Once done with appointment canvas neighborhood, and talk with neighbors. Mail out letters/postcards to generate business. Help techs with install when needed.
