As Senior Credit Advisor, I was responsible for negotiation regarding troubled accounts that had fallen behind in their lease agreements. These accounts were in the Elite Group, which are accounts that have a contract balance greater than $200K. I worked on settlement agreements; payment plans to get the account current and/or refinancing agreements.

Knowledge of management and oversight techniques; settlement negotiation or alternative dispute resolutions; and investigations decision making committees or users groups in order to perform the functions of investigations including claims development and case preparation; managing the investigation of claims simultaneously.

Researches loan proceeds and prepares written cases for bond claims, directors' and officers' liability claims, accountants' liability claims, and other matters requiring investigation to develop a claim. Responds to subpoenas under procedural guidelines and prepares recommendations concerning viability of a claim.

As Bankruptcy Manager, I was responsible for all Chapter 11 bankruptcy accounts in which Dell Financial Services was affected. Monitors progression of claims, in coordination outside legal counsel, ensuring that appropriate action is taken and critical statute deadlines are met in an efficient and cost effective manner. Filed proof of claims, notice of appearance for Dell Financial Services and monitored the docket for each Chapter 11 filed in which Dell Financial Services was a creditor.

Provides legal research and analysis.

Managed a team of 6 coordinating all Chapter filings that affected Dell Financial Services. Filed proof of claims, notice of appearance for Dell Financial Services and monitored the docket for each Chapter 11 filed in which Dell Financial Services was a creditor.
