  • Piece Pizzeria has been in operation for twenty one years and is the second oldest active brewery in Chicago, just behind Goose Island. It has accumulated twenty eight medals and the World Beer Cup and the Great American Beer Festival. Piece is focused on bringing quality traditional beer that meets the brewers guild style guidelines.
  • During my tenure at Piece we have brewed dozens of styles of beers, and have trained my staff on how best to describe and sell all of our products as well as what other styles they resemble.
  • I have been in charge of many offsite with attendance in the thousands including large beer festivals such as the great taste of the midwest.
