- While here I was still learning new network systems, then got an opportunity to show those skills when we set off to the Philippines to do a joint training exercise with the Filipino Army there and we setup and held communications for over 500 people in intense heat, and rain. I then later was promoted to SGT where I took on new leadership roles to educate new incoming soldiers and expand the knowledge of the ones already there.

- For the first two years here I spent helping out our Human Resources Company in process over 21,000 Soldiers into the Country of South Korea, where I was to take down personal information and assign personal for introductory classes for Culture, Finance, and answer any questions for those with families to help with Visa's and getting orders to their new locations. Then I went back to my actual company to allow contractors into our switch stations located all around Camp Humphreys by showing there where they were, then I started to move to setting up appointments that the contractors would call/email to request access into those areas and I would assign Soldiers to go and unlock the doors for them.

- Maintaining communication network for multiple Air Defense Systems, coming up with Communication plans for the entire Battalion, training new personal on equipment, standards, and meeting qualifications under intense examination. Also I was able to fix a network issue that was causing a system to intermittently come online only to drop after a few minutes, and while our most senior network advisor was gone I was the only one that was able to find the problem and restore reliable connection in a timely manner, just before the unit went out on a trial run for it systems. Also was part of a crew that was able to qualify 1st time go with a regional/ Division examiner from another part of the world that came down to examine us.
