Restaurant manager, seater and general teller
As a seater I check in guests at the podium, seat guests , give tours of the location to guests , clean tables, clean the dining, open the restaurant and close the restaurant.
As a trainer at the location I look after and help new trainees that come into our location and guide them how to do tasks In the location and be one of the first interaction they have with a cast member at our location.
As a general teller I retrieve money in the mornings for three Disney locations, bank out servers and bartenders, insure all money is correct and accounted for, and some times we occasionally break the bar for the bartenders
I started as a seater where my duties were seating guests, checking in guest, cleaning tables, carrying heavy containers of dishes, cleaning the dining room, cashier, to-gos, and food running. While in the last three years of my time there I was a manager which included all previously mentioned duties plus overseeing the servers and seaters for each shift, counting and controlling the register cash drawer, opening the restaurant , closing the restaurant, and helping guest with issues they may have while they were with us.
I am skilled at handling money, good with guests and can lead large groups of people
