Summary

Beginning February 12th 2001 I began my career with Yavapai County roads dept. and worked as a finish blade operator. I completed many other jobs and assignments prior to the blade position to include, concrete flat work, plumbing, storm drainage, roofing, and county building maintenance. Starting in 2010 I was promoted to a road superintendent where I supervised a 14 employee crew while paving County roads and improving encroachments, civilian driveways, right of ways, while ensuring the safety of the travelling public. We were tasked with completing multiple assignments during these projects while maintaining a high priority of safety for the crew members and the public during times of high stress.
