Building and Wiring frac tanks and tanker trailers

I started as forklift operator and was promoted to shift lead. I was responsible for supervising the operations of 16 (roughly) employees on the night shift assembly lines and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Coordinating tank cleaning crews, hazard assessments, conducting safety meetings, oxygen monitoring and confined-space permit compliance management; customer communication and service; dispatch. I supervised a crew of 16-20 environmental tank cleaners.
