• Acts as Alternate Station Manager when required. Responsible for all aspects of Special Handling and Cargo Processing Operations. Ensure safe loading and unloading of cargo and baggage on and off government owned or contracted aircraft surface conveyances, and commercial pallet dollies IAW AFI24-605,Volume 2. Ensure all Special Handling and Cargo Processing employees are trained in accordance with PWS and scope requirements. Establish and maintained Joint Inspection Program.Provide technical assistance on Joint Inspections regarding shipping requirements for units. Ensure proper validation, selection, staging and upload utilizing load plans. Ensure all Cargo Processing, Special Handling, and Load Planning functions are accomplished IAW AFI24-605, Volumes , DTR 4500-9 Parts 2 and 3, and AFMAN 24-604 and other applicable instructions.

As Special Handling QA Lead I am responsible for safely and efficiently performing special handling services to include, inspection and handling of all cargo/ freight needing special handling, validate load plans, cargo cleanliness and transportation documentation, etc.
•Performs special handling and related functional standards in accordance with the Performance Work Statement in a safe and efficient manner. Services include but are not limited to: inspection and handling of all cargo needing special handling, validate load plans, cargo cleanliness and transportation documentation, ensuring the accurate upload, sequence, pallet condition, and overall air worthiness of cargo and orientation to match the load plan.
•Inspects of all cargo requiring special handling prior to acceptance into the Defense Transportation System, and the Joint Inspection of all mobility cargo prior to acceptance into the Defense Transportation System.
•Ensures that required documentation is presented to the aerial port load planners for onward movement.
•Provides concurrent inspections with Customs agents for cargo returning to the United States.
•Validates load plans, cargo cleanliness, and all transportation documentation.
•Provides technical assistance regarding shipping requirements to deploying/redeploying units when requested. Joint Inspectors will notify the deployed activity in the event that a cargo movement is rescheduled.
•Operation of cargo handling equipment such as Halvorson and Tunner K loaders and stair trucks.
•Shall ensure the proper handling, storage, and accountability of Pallets and Nets assets.
•Shall perform as a qualified Joint Inspector (JI) to handle, document and inspect cargo.
•Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet.
•Responsible for providing Aerial Port Services on a 24/7/365 basis

As a Cargo Quality Assurance / Special Handling Technician made sure that all originating and in-transit general cargo is airworthy for flight.

Received inbound cargo and validated it against cargo manifests, processed terminating general cargo, processed inbound/outbound theater express cargo. Corrected build -up discrepancies.

Effectively communicated and used technical manuals and references and generate daily required reports. Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property. Processed IHAT (GHS) cargo.

As Logistics Supervisor, I provided movement control support for the Surface & Air movement of cargo and personnel through the U.S. Military Transportation System. Responsible for receiving, validating and processing all TMRs, JMRs, and AMRs.

Overseen work plans and set out directives to Sr. Logistics Coordinators and Logistics Coordinators to make sure continuity and procedures are met. Responsible for all passenger movement through Al Asad via Fixed Wing and Rotary wing.Responsible for the development and logistical functions of the project. Provided oversight and guidance for the construction of new Al Asad passenger terminal

Processed and tracked shipping and receiving and physical warehouse environment. Collaborated with health, safety and environmental manager to ensure strict implementation of safety procedures including OSHA requirements accurate records and accountability of all yard supplies. Handled daily and weekly numbers reports for all inbound/outbound freight in Retro Sort Yard. Supervised a team of 175 subordinate employees and laborers in various sections.

As the Cecom Draw down / retrograde Site Lead. I assisted in the development of draw down strategies to improve C4ISR readiness.

Performed as liaison action officer for CECOM. Provided Item Management Specialist, field Service Representatives, logistical, transportation entry and electronic technical support to all combat units/combat service support units for redeployment of all C4ISR equipment. Provided updated information via spreadsheet, database and memorandum on a weekly and triweeekly basis to keep leadership abreast of current and ongoing Retrograde Property Assistance Team (RPAT) operations.

• Oversaw multiple programs and functions simultaneously by leveraging strong organizational and project management skills
• Recovered over $ 10,000,000 worth of B16 depot level recoverable from DRMO and supply support activities (SSA)

As MCT Foreman, I was responsible for the operational success or failure of the day to day operations. Coordinated transportation assets, organized staging yards and provided In-Transit Visibility to support the Military movements. Ensured theater movement control plans and policies were effectively executed. Assisted customers with TMRs for buses, cargo trucks, Common User land Transport (CULT) assets. Supervised all assigned MCT coordinators in the performance of their duites and responsibilities.

Ensured all MCT personnel are trained , evaluated and counseled on job performance. Conducted direct interface with the MCB, Kuwait Military, Kuwait Customs Immigration Agencies and Host Nation drivers/vendors

Identified 100% of Cecom ARI equipment for Retograde and RESET Integrate efforts and FOB closure Teams, redeploying units and the AFSB Retrograde Processing and Accountability Team (RPAT)

Provided forward support to coordinate with ARMT disposition instructions. Processed Cecom ARI, CLASS VII C4ISR equipment into the Reset Program. Monitored unit time lines for return to CONUS.

As Transportation Supervisor, I upheld an outstanding rapport with the military and fellow contractors to successfully lead personnel and move over 11,000 MRAPS via ground , sea and air into the Theater of Operation. I managed four main Hubs at Al i Al Salem Air base, Shuaiba Port (SPOD), Kuwait International Airport (KCIA) and the MRAP Sustainment Facility. Worked closely with multiple Joint customers to ensure desired movement objectives, priorities and schedules are met and communicated to management. Analyzed work processes and developed matrix for maneuvering performances.Coordinated with the leads in Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan and the OPS center of Kuwait in solving Transportation issues within the MSF. Directed over 40 perosnell in the daily operation of the transportation cell in Kuwait. Documented all MRAP movements departing/arriving at the MSF, Camp Arifjan, APOD and the SPOD. Coordinated with the Major command structure such as SDDC, and Central commands to solve issues.

Under the direction of the Logistics Supervisor, I lead the Movement Control Team Operations. Supervised logistics Coordinators in trans-shipment operations, planning and coordination of convoy and allocation of transportation assets to fill customer movement requests. Coordinated with necessary agencies (customs officials, highway authorities, local Government representatives) to ensure governing policies and regulations. Processed and validated TMRs.

Loaded and unloaded cargo and baggage from government -owned and contracted aircraft. Coordinated with load team members with other leads/Superviosrs within Aircraft services to facilitate onward movement or originating cargo/mail with the Theater Distribution Center and other agencies as applicable. Processed originating cargo/mail within six (6) hours of receipt or release from frustrated status and broke down multi pallet trains, loose cargo and mixed pallets as required and coordinated timely pick up/release of cargo and mail.Operated 40K, 25K and Halverson loaders, fork lifts, staircase trucks, baggage conveyors. Operated GATES for inchecking and manifesting cargo, weighed and recorded accurate baggage weights, augmented Transient alert as required.
