• Streamlined process of material ordering for the Foreman of each job in order to facilitate project budget goals, prevent delays of daily material deliveries & negotiate better deals with suppliers.
• Attended all project meetings representing Breaker Electric, reported on a jobs progress, anticipated contract changes, troubleshoot potential bottlenecks to minimize delays.
• Daily emails and phone calls with General Contractors & project company owners.

• Delivered numerous successful, within budget projects ranging from $10k - $25 million dollars, while developing strong relationships with clients that resulted in repeat business over the years, including large new construction; maintenance projects; various hospitals; universities private & public.
