Maintain files following guidlines set by HQMC and the NSA. Aquired and destroyed Secret cryptographic electronic keys. Maintained profficency in Microsoft Office and other programs in order to create and maintain appropriate documents in compliance with policies and procedures. Distributed, and managed cryptographic keys used for encrypting and decrypting sensitive information. Implement key management procedures to ensure the secure handling, storage, and destruction of cryptographic keys.
- Achievements: Created and implemented a new training and filing system taking the unit from a non deployable to deployable status. Maintained a high readiness level that helped achieve high passing rates over multiple years on all insepections done by the National Security Administraion and Headquarters Marine Corps. Completed the transfer of approximetly 20 keys both Secret and Top Secret over the air in order to maintain a secure network due to a mission extension. Maintained a secure connection on an internal network by deleting, uploading and documenting appropriate actions. Gained full compliance with Marine Corps orders and NSA guidelines for documentation, destruction, and maintaince of cryptographic material.
