  • As the Command Records Manager (CRM) for U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), I serve as a key leader in Records Management (RM), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)/electronic discovery (eDiscovery), declassification review, and Essential Records initiatives. I develop and implement strategic policy, oversee RM capabilities, and ensure the preservation and accessibility of critical records supporting continuity of operations and the protection of government interests. My expertise spans budget planning, resource allocation, and technical oversight of RM systems, including support to subordinate unit records managers.
  • I design and execute command-wide training for Directorate Records Officers (DROs), File Custodians (FCs), and other stakeholders, fostering a robust infrastructure for records compliance and performance. I lead efforts to document command actions and decisions by maintaining recordkeeping requirements and guiding the proper creation of forms, reports, and directives.
  • Collaborating closely with IT managers, I integrate recordkeeping requirements into new electronic systems, ensuring the preservation of metadata, aligning retention schedules, and enforcing access controls. I represent USSTRATCOM on national-level boards, committees, and focus groups that aim to enhance federal records management and policy alignment.
  • Additionally, I manage records-related contracts and deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external partners. Through long-range strategic planning and evaluation, I advance the Command’s RM program and ensure readiness in response to operational disruptions or legal inquiries. My role reflects unwavering commitment to excellence in compliance, documentation, and the stewardship of federal records.
