• Centralized returns for all Sealy brands via the establishment of 4 PDCs, (Product Disposition Centers) reducing freight costs and improving data collection and accuracy
• Developed and implemented a barcode return label system making the return process more efficient and accurate with much better tracking, greatly reducing the opportunity for fraud
