  • CPT Guillote served admirably as the Commander for the 545th Military Police Detachment, 17th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska for 20 months. He was responsible for the health, welfare, morale, and readiness of 42 Soldiers, 2 Officers, and their Families. Oversaw garrison Military Police support to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson's 34,000 residents. Coordinated with the 673rd Security Forces Squadron to synchronize efforts in Joint Base Law Enforcement in order to enable commanders to maintain good order and discipline of their units.
  • CPT Guillote’s hard work and dedication has always stood out amongst his peers, he led his unit to be experts at law enforcement and masters at Soldiering. Due to his leadership and commitment to excellence the 545th Military Police Detachment was awarded the 11th Airborne Arctic Streamer from the Commanding General for achieving high proficiency in fitness and Arctic Tasks recognizing the top performing company across the Division.
  • CPT Guillote planned, coordinated, facilitated and executed four iterations of collective training events for the 545th Military Police Detachment, two law enforcement training events, one joint FTX, and an active shooter live fire training exercise which resulted in 100% of the unit Soldiers achieving or maintaining Law Enforcement Certifications, and Soldiers having a drastically increased level of combat proficiency and readiness.
  • CPT Guillote developed subordinate leaders through an active professional development program emphasizing coaching, teaching, and mentoring. He sent numerous Soldiers to training events and schools that brought new skill sets back to enhance the unit. His expertise and commitment to duty greatly enhanced the unit and its capabilities.
