- Assume overall responsibility for managing incidents onboard the installation to include strategic planning, resource allocation, and decision making.

- Set up and establish the Incident Command Post as the central hub for coordination, communication, and decision making. Ensure that the Incident Command Post is organized, well equipped and secure.

-Communicate with Emergency Operation Centers to provide a central location for decision-makers to collaborate and make critical decisions regarding the response effort. This includes setting objectives, establishing priorities, and adapting strategies as needed.

-Gather information about the incident, assess the situation, and develop a comprehensive incident response strategy. Determine objectives and priorities based on the assessment.

-Coordinate the efforts of all response teams, agencies, and personnel involved in the incident. Ensure that actions are aligned with the incident response plan and overall objectives.

-Maintain clear and effective communication within the Incident Command Posts and with external stakeholders.

-Disseminate information, updates, and to response teams, agency representatives, and other relevant parties.

-Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as local authorities, neighboring agencies, and higher command, to ensure that response efforts are aligned with larger operational goals.

-Assume overall responsibility for personnel during shift, ensuring that security and law enforcement operations are conducted effectively and efficiently.

- Supervise and manage security personnel assigned to the watch, ensuring they are properly briefed, equipped, and deployed to the assigned duties.

- Coordinate and respond to emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, security breaches, or natural disasters. Provide guidance and support to ensure effective response efforts.

-Maintain clear and effective communication within the watch team and with external stakeholders.

- Oversee law enforcement activities, including responding to incidents, investigating violations, apprehending individuals when necessary, and ensuring compliance with military regulations and federal laws.
