Charlie Ghetes

Coconuts fish cafe is a fast casual restaurant. I take orders with square, collect payments and run food. I make sure all customers have a good dining experience by having conversations with the customers. I buss tables and make sure everything is clean.

I oversaw my staff on shift, delegated the employees to ensure a smooth operation. I did the same tasks as the crew member. On top of that I recorded temperatures, made sure everything had labels, and counted money for the deposit.

I took orders with POS, collected payments and learned all the cooking equipment. I grilled burgers, used the fryers, and handled the shake machine. Cleaned thoroughly throughout my shift making sure everything was up to standards. I also did dishes and prep work as well, preparing all the vegetables for the shift that day.

I prepared all the food, cooked all the food. Very fast paced environment. I also had to do dishes, clean the kitchen etc.

Full service restaurant inside a retirement home. I had to take the residents order, prep salad, prepare drinks and run food. I helped buss tables, and closed the restaurant.
