This is a dedicated program that solves the issue of abandoned and unused hardware still powered on within the Data Center raised floor environment. Due diligence on this effort is necessary to ensure a smooth shut down without interruptions or outages and is a large cost savings to the company.
· Open, manage and execute changes on the raised floor environment to reclaim square footage and power back to the Data Center.
· Provides first, second, and third level support to resolve difficult, complex, and sensitive problems with products and applications by meeting customer service standards (e.g., displaying a positive attitude, actively listening, taking ownership, leveraging knowledge, communicating clearly).
