A server at Riverwoods is expected to both provide suitable service, and a comfortable experience for the residents who live there. Social awareness and communication are paramount to success.

• Clean the Maintain the Dining room for residents, guests and employees.
• Organize and Setup decorations, food stations, bars, tables and seating for parties and/or special events.
• Provide a high level of service for residents during Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and intermittent periods throughout the day.
• Assist Residents whenever possible regarding questions, complaints, or requests involving the dining room and their service.
• Provide assistance and care for those living in support living and memory care facilities
• Create a welcoming and familial environment for both residents, guests, and staff.

The floor staff role encompassed three different roles, these roles included 1: working the registers at the concession stand 2: admitting customers tickets and directing them towards their respective theaters 3: cleaning theaters after a theater finished a film screening. Some of the responsibilities in these roles included.

• Replacing soda cartridges for soda machine and stocking snacks at concession stand
• Inspecting guests for possible contraband
• Informing guests about the benefits of using Regal Unlimited
• Making Popcorn :)
