● Accurately measuring and cutting lumber, such as 2x4, 2x6, 2x8, 2x10, 4x4, 4x6, plywood, OSB and other building materials. Attach building materials together using a pneumatic nail gun, hammer, screws, bolts and nuts. Installing hold downs, A35 framing angle brackets.

● Demolition and performing repairs on existing structures that are damaged or structurally unsound.

● Assisting with building and putting together concrete forms for concrete structures. Mix sand, gravel, cement and water in a wheelbarrow to produce concrete for building applications. Measuring and cutting rebar, tying rebar together and drilling holes into foundation or concrete for rebar installation. Break concrete with an electric jack hammer, rotary hammer, or sledgehammer.
