My name is Charlie Mazza and cooking is my passion. I'm 18 years old and I've been cooking since I was in the single digits. I strive to learn more every day by learning from top chefs, trying new recipes, using repetition to my advantage, and watching videos or reading from cookbooks. Especially since I'm in schooling now which results in higher access to more resources, ingredients, connections, being educated in this field and having the furthest knowledge and vocabulary of different techniques, french dishes, and gastronomy in the highest. A future goal of mine is working my way up to be an aboyer or a sous chef.
