
Was chosen to take lead on opening a new branch. I was responsible for training the new staff, setting up the office, and building a relationship with the client. We were able to onboard our staff and hire over 250 temporary associates at our client's facility in the first two months of operating. I also am responsible for identifying potential new clients and setting up sales meetings with their teams.
Managed both the recruiting office and onsite staff to ensure that client needs were met. I was able to increase our hours billed by 36% in my time as branch manager.
Reported daily to our client's warehouse to ensure that their needs were met. I took employee's attendance, coached low performers, attended client meetings to discuss KPI's and learn what their upcoming needs were.
