Summary

I was born on January the 5th of 1987 in Bombardopolis, Haiti. I used to live with my parents and siblings. I did my kindergarten through middle school there. I'm not going to say I was perfect but I used to be an excellent student. I even got a scholarship in Port-au-prince which is one of the city in Haiti as in invite to start my high school there which was in 2002. Once I graduated from High school, I automatically went to to college where I learn some basic English and customs office. It's a degree that give you access to be a responsible for collecting tariffs and controlling the flow of goods into and out of country. I worked on it for about three years. In 2012, I started a passion for cooking but I didn't know how to cook well so I went to a culinary school name Christianne Ecole Menagere. I got pretty good at cooking during these two years. When I graduated in 2014, I start working for wedding and graduation as a beginner. I wasn't working for a company because a lot of people I knew needed a cook so, i started making a living out of it. In 2016, I got a very great job offer at a restaurant name Medaille since it was a well know place, I took it. I worked there until January 2023. In February, I got an opportunity to move to the states to live with my husband. Now, here we are seeking a great company to share my knowledge with.

Reading, Learning new cuisine online

I personally love reading since I was little and it becomes a part of me.

Reading the Bible, Learning new cuisine online

I am a christian and I believe in the God, son and holy spirit. Therefore, I love spending time learning about God and his history. As for the cooking, it's an art so we never done learning it. Therefore, I always like to try new things and lately I've been really interested in Jamaican cuisine.
