ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Running has always been my go-to mental toughness building activity. I strongly believe if you get your body right, you can get your mind right. A little over a year ago, I had set my mind on running 100K. I set out to get into training mode and things took off from there. I ran my first ULTRA-MARATHON RUNNING marathon through a 50k race called Sean O' Brein in the Santa Monica Mountains in preparing for my first ever 100k the following month. I've accomplished the R2R2R challenge at the Grand Canyon, Arizona, 50 miler in Bryce Canyon, Utah and the Los Angeles 2021 Marathon. Sadly I failed my first 100 miler attempt with heat exhaustion, but am looking forward to the same challenge next June. UltraMarathon running has taught me to fight through when you think you are completely done. I love the challenge and lessons it has brought to my personal daily life.
