• Provide 24/7 high-level therapeutic and basic stabilization care for youth experiencing acute trauma and displacement within the state child welfare system.
• Safely manage and de-escalate explosive physical and emotional behavioral outbursts utilizing advanced, non-violent crisis intervention methodologies.
• Act as primary educational and legal advocate, maintaining consistent clinical communication with state Social Workers, guardians ad litem, and therapeutic teams.
• Navigate the legal system by coordinating, transporting to, and participating in formal court hearings and administrative reviews.
• Coordinate comprehensive healthcare pathways by managing, maintaining, and auditing all critical medical, psychological, and dental clinical appointments.
• Mediate and collaborate directly with biological parents to model healthy boundaries, implement behavioral interventions, and facilitate successful family reunification.
• Audit and secure essential wrap-around community resources, psychological services, and specialized interventions to ensure client stability.

• WORK WITH STUDENTS IN SPECIAL EDUCATION. ASSIST WITH NOTE-TAKING, ASSIGNMENTS AND ADVOCATE FOR THE STUDENTS’ NEEDS.

• Working with the various departments in the store to help them come up with solutions to maximize their sales. Ordering for GM and Candy departments. Check-in freight. Customer Service. Cashier. Attend buying shows for the store. Assign work to employees.
