• As a Nurse Practitioner in primary care with a focus on wound care, my responsibilities include providing comprehensive patient assessments, managing acute and chronic conditions, and specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of complex wounds. This includes pressure injuries, diabetic ulcers, venous insufficiency ulcers, surgical wounds, and other dermal conditions.
  
  I am currently pursuing my certification in wound care, with a commitment to advancing clinical expertise and improving patient outcomes. This process includes staying current on best practices, participating in specialized training, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
  
  Key skills include detailed patient evaluations, effective communication, and the ability to develop individualized care plans that integrate wound care principles within the broader context of primary care.

• Care for patients meeting critical care criteria. Able to interchange between specialties including SICU, MICU, CVICU, and Neuro ICU.
• Competent in managing devices and equipment such as ECMO (VA and VV), Impella, EVD, Balloon pump, CRRT, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, temporary

pacemakers, ventilators, and CoolGuard hypothermia device.

• Promoted autonomy of patients through effective communication and safeguarding their trust for smooth functioning
• Provided on going, meticulous assessments to recognize signs of clinical deterioration.
• Directed work functions of Certified Nurse Assistants and Patient Care Technicians to ensure optimal performance
