• Manage the Movies & Entertainment, Telecommunications and Social Media industries within the Sustainable1 research team, supervising the ESG reporting of companies in alignment with various external sustainability frameworks
• Develop a new tool by S&P to determine UN member country needs and the private sector’s impact or contribution to all SDGs using the SDG Index and company ESG data
• Identify, monitor, and analyze IT and Media industry trends
• Reform S&P’s Sustainability questionnaire (Corporate Sustainability Assessment - CSA), ensuring full alignment of participating companies with industry data expectations, norms, and regulations concerning content responsibility, the moderation of harmful content, digital divide and the growth of Artificial Intelligence
• Develop thought leadership and research to further contextualize CSA data and assist companies in understanding industry performance
• Build tools to streamline internal and external knowledge sharing such as materiality matrices highlighting industry specific risk areas
• Represent S&P within the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group’s working group on Media

Policy and Analysis - Corporate Responsibility

• Led the consultation, drafting and operationalization processes of the agency’s first Policy and Procedures for Implementation of UNFPA Social and Environmental Standards in Programming
• Represented UNFPA in the co-drafting of the first United Nations-wide Strategy for Sustainability Management
• Coordinated the agency’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting strategy

Knowledge management

• Facilitated the establishment and update of platforms (online and offline) to foster knowledge sharing across UNFPA country and regional offices

Regional representation, interregional analysis, and advisory role

• Supported 3 Regional Desk portfolios on tasks around liaising with Permanent Missions in New York and with the field regional offices, represented UNFPA in interagency group meetings and developed relationships with external entities to ensure clear and consistent messaging across UN agencies and with partners

Quality Assurance

• Conducted quality assurance of the agency’s planning documents

• Managed two global travel abroad projects for the university, and increased the projects’ average customer acquisition and retention numbers from previous years by 300%, through the engagement of 200+ prospective clients
• Increased sales through the organization and execution of over 35 strategic events, such as presentations and information sessions, and handled the local and international communication of the program.
