I have been in a management position 22years. 6 Years in my current position of rehab manager and 16 Years as an assistant/interim manager, all in a therapy setting. I have managed to maintain a team productivity goal without tech hours of 90%. I have lead a very strong cohesive rehab team despite all of the challenges and changes this industry continues to face. Our department strives to deliver quality treatments and maintain excellent customer service. Although this past year the department has been without an in house Physical Therapist, we have been able to maintain the PT caseload through telehealth and a PRN PT. I considered myself to be a strong leader and problem-solver dedicated to streamlining operations to decrease costs and promote organizational efficiency. I am highly committed with hardworking mentality to maintain quality services. I work closely with the RNAC/LPNAC and have been actively involved in morning meeting, admission/discharge planning, care plan meetings, quality assurance, falling leaf program, census management and safety meetings.
