Assisted a team of 12-17 employees on a production line .

Responsible for conducting 3 line audits per day, to ensure efficiency, productivity & safety guidelines were being followed.

Held Team meetings before shift began to update on any issues our line was facing for the day, informed my team on what our schedule and expectations were for the shift. Also informed the team on any safety concerns or incidents that had happened at our plant or one of our sister plants.

Data entry, which included, employee reviews, time sheets and productivity reports. Audits and inventory also.

Scheduled employees to cover sickness or vacation days that were coming up.

Volunteers for over- time had to be accounted for before the days that they were expected to work.

Worked with Upper Management and HR daily to ensure our employees were following our safety and work environment policies. Also to ensure I had an adequate amount of employees that was needed to run production line.

Responsible for the cleanliness of our line as well as the equipment used to operate the line.

Cross-trained employees , as well as myself to ensure we were able to run production in the event one of my key employees were absent or on vacation.

• Trained new hires on production procedures, ensuring a quick ramp-up time and consistent performance levels across the team.
• Managed a team of production workers, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintained safe work areas by keeping pathways and stations free of hazards and excess waste or materials.
• Improved production efficiency by streamlining processes and implementing effective scheduling techniques.
• Participated in safety training programs to maintain a thorough understanding of best practices, ensuring full compliance within the team.
