Customer service is the process of offering assistance to all the current and potential customers answering questions, fixing problems, and providing excellent service. The main goal of customer service is to build a strong relationship with the customers so that they keep coming back for more business.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the buffet area to enhance visual appearance and to always have fresh hot pizzas and desserts on the buffet.

I’ve been working at McDonald’s for 5 years and I’ve been a shift manager for 3 years. I have the duties of planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a successful shift.
