In addition to my daily responsibilities as a Manager, I soon became known as the company-wide external Customer Service Manager for all 13 locations. Our customers called instead of our customer service department, if they had an issue and needed it resolved properly and in a timely fashion.
The owner, Mr. Arnold Kirschman, created this award just for me and presented it to me during our company wide Christmas event.
In addition I created a delivery process and procedure manual for my employees at the Covington location. I presented it to my DM who in turn shared it with Mr. Arnold Kirschman. Arnold contacted me saying how impressed he was by it and ordered it to be distributed and used company wide.
Giving back by organizing and distributing food to our community through Our Daily Bread and Eagle Heights Community Church.
