Member of team developing Place Project Group (PPG) to produce hybrid Design and Art events that cross cultural disciplines. Each exclusive space to be tailored and curated to suit the exhibitor as well as the collector and the city where the PLACE event is produced. PPG on hold due to COVID shutdowns.

Lead role in management of all aspects of contemporary art fair showcasing international artists and galleries. Responsibilities include managing and implementing master schedule and fair budgets with company’s financial manager, reviewing and negotiating venue contracts, liaising with press relations team on strategic planning, individual outreach for exhibitor recruitment, liaising with fair contractors, venue, and architect, overseeing fair staff and project management.

Management role in the planning and logistical coordination for three art fairs held annually in Miami Beach, New York, and Cologne, Germany. Responsibilities include all aspects of the planning and execution of the fairs which showcase contemporary art from around the world. These duties include negotiating and executing contracts, hiring and managing temporary fair staff, coordinating with exhibitors, sponsors, contractors, and shipping crews, social media updates and communications. Experienced in working with the Board of Directors and art galleries to facilitate other events.

Responsible for the day-to-day running of the gallery. Duties included working with the public, maintaining client and artist database, web site maintenance, social media updates, packing artwork for storing and/or shipping, obtaining shipping quotes, art fair applications, and sales. Also the planning and execution of exhibit openings, dinners and events.
