  • Responsible for the successful setup of payroll integration and installation of standard/non-complex new transfer or start-up retirement plan sales (45 plans or more at a time)
  • Act as the primary contact for Empower for all payroll related matters of assigned client groups
  • Coordinate the integration and mapping of payroll files/methods with conventional plan sponsors to Empower
  • Attend ongoing weekly conference calls on assigned projects and consults with various client contacts including plan sponsors, payroll vendors, financial advisors, third party administrators, relationship/client service managers, regional sales director’s and various internal departments with respect to the timing of conversion, outstanding items, critical tasks and overall project management
