• Provide health, safety, and environmental (HSE) support for the following areas of work in a solar

array: Inverter installations, PV panel terminations, AC and DC cable installation

• Work with the on-site senior HSE to establish their weekly work plan and priorities to meet set

objectives.

• Identify, eliminate, and control hazardous conditions that may lead to injury and/or property damage.

• Assist in planning and executing function requirements.

• Conduct HSE training sessions including new hire orientations and daily site toolbox safety

meetings.

• Conduct daily HSEQ inspections, document findings, and implement corrective actions.

• Help conduct incident investigations and assist with the completion of incident reports.

• Maintain all site required documentation related to HSE (i.e., safety audits, JSAs, equipment

inspections, good catches, and training sign-in sheets).

• Ensure Compliance with applicable OSHA, PHMSA, FMCSA, EPA, TCEQ, Federal, State, and

Local Requirements.

• Assist and co-facilitate safety training, testing for all employees (HazCom, Fall Protection, Lockout/Tag out, etc.)

• Support Project Leadership in completion of incident investigations.

• Perform periodic evaluations of power tools and equipment (i.e. scissor lifts, forklifts, fall protection, laser levelers, etc.) to ensure equipment is being maintained in good working order, as applicable.

• Plan and implement OHS policies and programs
• Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics
• Prepare educational seminars and webinars on a regular basis
• Review existing policies and procedures
• Adhere to all the rules and regulations
• Work with HR to set up a new employee on-boarding process for safety
• Conduct risk assessment

• Check if all the employees are acting in adherence with rules and regulations
• Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes
• Oversee workplace repair, installations and any other work that could harm employees' safety

• Observe, audit, and monitor safety on job sites, including personnel, equipment, and materialS
• Conduct audits, inspections, and performance reviews to ensure compliance
• Providing guidance to the project management team regarding health and safety issues and ensuring the site complies with all industry, local, state, and federal guidelines
• Evaluation and analysis of previous injury reports based on available data
• Manage and lead inquiries on accidents and injuries
• Conduct research on changes in environmental regulations and policies to ensure compliance
• Conduct training sessions for employees to prevent workplace accidents
• Prepare webinars and meetings to create awareness of health and safety practices
• Identify safety issues, propose solutions, and provide recommendations
• Ensure that all employees work in accordance with the internal policies and procedures, contract documents, and good engineering practices
• Make sure that notification, investigation, and case management of project site injuries and incidents are in collaboration with management
• Assessment of health and safety practices and procedures for risk assessment and adherence to legal requirements
• Maintain employee compliance with safety laws and OSHA policies
• Ensure a safe work environment by overseeing the inspection and maintenance of equipment
• Implementing new employee onboarding processes focused on safety and health management
• Conduct regular reviews and update procedures to keep abreast of current operations and comply with regulations

• Communicate resources needed to complete projects to General Foremen
• Request outages and line shut down activities to General Foremen
• Perform Safety audits weekly, and communicate the results to the General Foremen
• Provide support for daily/weekly toolboxes and Safety meetings
• Conduct on the job field training
• Lead/support incident response efforts

• Operates truck in safe and professional manner on public highways, roads, in the yard area and at various job sites to deliver materials
• Trucks driven include but are not limited to: belly dumps, dump truck and semi-tractor truck with attached trailers
• Performs daily pre/post trip inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with DOT guidelines
• Checks fluid levels, tires, lights, and other controls for safe operation
• Attaches and removes pup trailers, belly dump & side dump trailers, transfer trailers and tilt/transport trailers to truck as needed
• Keeps accurate log of deliveries and completes required paperwork for billing
• Load and unload equipment or materials
• Monitor various gauges during operation of vehicle
• Maintain daily vehicle mileage logs
• Unrolls truck tarp to cover loads when required
• Assure product quality to the best of the Driver’s ability
• Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to the supervisor
• Properly follow all company policies and procedures for safe working procedures and environment
• Report any problems to the Foreperson,
• Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager
• Obey applicable laws and follow dispatch instructions
• Must keep vehicle in a clean and orderly condition

• Moves levers to lower and tilt bucket and drives front-end loader forward to force bucket into bulk material
• Drives vehicle to work site, and moves levers to dump material

• Maintain a log book to record miles covered and hours travelled, and ensure that all necessary documentation with respect to freight is filled and submitted
• Keep record damages and shortages incurred
• Make sure that all receipts are kept safe and secure

• Inspect assigned vehicle regularly to identify and repair minor faults, and to report major mechanical breakdown to a skilled mechanic

• Help in developing and implementing safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe work environment

• Collaborate with department managers and supervisors to address safety concerns, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Coordinate and deliver employee safety training programs, including new hire orientation, hazard identification, emergency response, and safe work practices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records, including incident reports, safety training records, and inspection findings
• Investigate and document accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences

• Monitor and track safety performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and track progress toward safety goals
• Assist in coordinating safety committee meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging safety trends, and regulatory changes, and recommend updated safety programs and procedures accordingly
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and third-party safety consultants
• Promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization by encouraging employee engagement, participation in safety initiatives, and recognition of safe behaviors
• Conduct safety-related communications and training sessions to promote awareness and reinforce safety policies and procedures
• Assist Field Team Manager by providing the necessary planning, direction, organization, control to meet the objectives
