  • Collaborate with our third-party leave administrator and Human Resources Business Partners to effectively manage the Company-wide Leaves of Absence program (e.g. FMLA, non-FMLA, Military, and Personal) as well as the Company’s Paid Parental benefit.

  • Partner with Human Resources Shared Services and Payroll Teams to ensure timely processing of the leave in the Human Capital Management system and payment during leave as applicable.
    Partner in conjunction with Corporate Payroll, Benefits, and Workers’ Compensation teams to coordinate and communicate benefits to leadership and employees.
  • Investigate and partner with our third-party leave administrator and Human Resources Business Partner on escalated issues as appropriate.
