Away Teams

Participating in the away team assignment to support the launch of a new site was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career with Amazon. Having the opportunity to work at DAB2 , BHM1 , and MEM2 provided valuable exposure to new processes, leadership opportunities, and operational challenges that contributed significantly to my professional development.

During this experience, I collaborated closely with another PIT trainer to help strengthen their performance and effectiveness within their role. I supported class management, enhanced training processes, reinforced professional communication practices, and assisted in completing classes efficiently to support headcount and operational goals.

This assignment expanded my knowledge, strengthened my leadership and communication skills, and allowed me to grow in ways I had not previously imagined. It was a meaningful opportunity that positively impacted both my career development and my understanding of operational excellence within Amazon.
