Supply temporary badges as requested for staff/contractors.
Monitor security access request portal and grant badge access upon approval.

Coordinate vendor access with building security via email to assist floor admins/EA's.
Submit department accruals and purchase requests.
Approve meeting requests and monitor meeting changes on events calendar.
Create and distribute weekly events calendar, tracking scheduled events in large conference rooms.
Ensures reliable and professional coverage of reception desk.
Ensures that Intelsat's visitor, guests and contractors are registered and/or signed in.
Respond to incoming calls in a timely manner and displays strong communication skills in responding to internal as well as external inquiries.
