Ignite unwanted and or unused Gases from ocean Barges, work with different Chemicals and Gases and Poisons…..Steam up different Chemicals when they are required to be at certain temperatures in order to be off loaded from ocean Barges

• Looked through work orders to determine type and quantity of materials needed for each production batch.
• Used daily system logs to document production information, discussing issues with management.
• Calibrated machines to adhere to quality standards and maintain required productivity levels.

• As lead maintenance my tasks are carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs to ensure that the building is properly maintained
• Responsible for leading electrical maintenance and reliability activities on manufacturing process equipment (extruders, mixers, conveyors, blowers, pelletizers, tanks, pumps, motors), HVAC equipment (cooling towers, chillers), utility equipment (compressors, boilers, facilities (buildings, grounds) and plant mobile equipment
• Performs routine to difficult plumbing duties, inspecting, installing, repairing and replacing pipes, fittings and plumbing fixtures, unclogging sinks and toilets, repair of faucet, assemblies and replacement of washers, repairs or replacement pipes, repair of fountains
• Excellent all around carpentry and plumbing skills
• Is an essential role in maintaining buildings and facility operations
• By serving as a primary conduit for information on technical and maintenance issues within and between the operations group
• Troubleshoots electrical devices in operation
• Maintain records, reports, recommendations, evaluations, reflecting the conditions under which general building maintenance operations are performed

• Examines form and texture of parts to changes in the dimensional requirements of parts, inspecting and using measurement devices such as rulers, calipers, micrometers, and others
• Will work on either Milling machine or Lathe as needed
• Operate tool room equipment to machine prototype castings and components
• Program 3 & 4 axes machines using conversational controllers and G/M codes
• Fabricate prototype components and fixtures from prints, sketches or verbal instructions
• Check geometric dimensions of machined features using gages and precision instruments
• Review Quality data as it relates to your daily work
• Analyze inspection data to take corrective actions
• Maintain flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments
• Track multiple details through all operations including outside services

• Weigh and return mass to proper storage and bin location
• Unload and sign for received goods
• Responsible for moving income raw material to designated and/or required area
• Ensures that the finished product, empty baskets, boxes and unneeded packaging materials are taken away from all designated areas without delay
• Takes action to keep the shop-floor neat and organized, including removal and dumping of wood skids
• Uphold regular communication with department Team Leaders to receive prioritization of tasks, assignments
• Comfortable handling 10-20 ft
• Maintains inventory locations records, recording all inventory receipts, moves and issues
• Responsible for arranging and completing required paperwork for shipments to OSV
• Support assembly / fabrication requirements, as necessary
