Generate leads, conduct sales and maintain orders including communicating with customers, vendors and installers regarding project deadlines and changes. Coordinating with customers on placing orders which includes advising on brand comparisons, selecting appliances, and promoting installation needs. Resolve customer escalations and create/maintain rapport with customers to guarantee return customers and an excellent customer experience. Educate customers and peers on ongoing and upcoming product promotions, and sales on an as needed and monthly basis.
Maintained stock, unloading and replenishing merchandise on floor and top-stock shelves. Sold merchandise on a project needs basis including assisting customers with measurements and design using 20/20 Design Tool and Countertop Design tool.
Fulfilled online orders including but not limited to; pulling merchandise and preparing it for pickup, ensuring accuracy, and timeliness. Delegated daily to a team of approximately 3 associates to ensure all orders are fulfilled as needed, as volumes fluctuate daily, ranging from 50-200+ orders per day.
