The Platoon Leaders Class (PLC) is a competitive officer candidate program conducted by the United States Marine Corps for students at college. The program prepares Candidates to be commissioned as officers in the Marine Corps upon completion of their college degree and successful completion of the Officer Candidates School. Candidates of the program undergo training at OCS in Quantico, Virginia. Candidates are tested on leadership, physical condition, decision-making skills, and character.
