  • As an assistant superintendent, I planned, coordinated, & supervised the foundation and plumbing builds for a 6-story, 11,000sq/ft commercial project.
  • As a superintendent, I spent one year on-site coordinating and facilitating the construction and close out of a $3.2M City of Seattle funded condominium project for low-income residents (Habitat for Humanity). The success of this project led to the company being awarded two more projects under the same owner.
  • As a project engineer, I spent 18 months coordinating and performing QC on a $7.9M, 21,000 square foot commercial mixed-use project in the heart of Capitol Hill, Seattle. It involved the selective demo and renovation of a 100-year-old brick building, as well as the construction of a (new) 6-story, 21-unit apartment building. During my time on this project, I produced and managed the submittal and RFI workflows, tracked and managed a budget of $7.9M, produced and presented over 60 subcontractor change orders to the building owners, and wrote and executed over 30 subcontracts while adhering to the project budget and schedule.
  • Maintained outstanding work relations with clients, architects, engineers, & subcontractors alike throughout the duration of two large-scale commercial mixed-use projects.
