I run a new bussiness crew where we install new service lines and occasionally install extensions or new main lines in Atlanta we work as a sub contractor of Atlanta Gas Light
i worked on the water/fire mitigation side. so i would arrive at the shop and get the work orders, then load up my van with air movers dehumidifiers and air scrubbers. once that was complete i would head to the homes that had been affected by flooding or fires and asses the affected rooms. i would then get measurements of all rooms and make a drawing of said rooms on my ipad. which would then tell me how many air movers and dehumidifiers i would need for the job. i would proceed by removing any contents of the home affected by the water or fire. after cleaning up we would then strategically place all needed equipment for the home.
i would arrive at the shop and get the work orders for the day, then contact the businesses that i would be bringing equipment to. i would drive the 26 foot box truck to the locations and bring the equipment inside, then plumb the appliances to the gas stub outs. to finish i would light the pilot lights.
I would arrive to the shop and help order all materials needed for the job that day. We would arrive on site and asses the job then come up with a plan to best preform what was needed to be done. i would then set up all equipment needed and operate the saws or core drills until the job was completed.
