Dealing with transactions with the register between myself and customers, also dropping money into the safe deposit box. making sure my employees take their brakes and lunch and staying on top of what they have to do as well. 3. clean out units, repair light fixtures, put in ceiling fans, install blinds and curtains for the windows, paint walls, inside units, install toilets and sinks, repair leaks, in kitchens and bathrooms, move furniture around, repair furniture and appliances, Service pools and Air Conditioners, clean facility grounds, take out trash, unclog plumbing’s, install drywall and patch holes, demolition work to kitchens and bathrooms. Anything that needs to be done in a unit or apartment or house I can fix, install, or repair. I also order appliances, equipments, and inventory that we may need to successfully get the job done. 4.
