- Work with all North American plants to understand systemic problems, and use cost analysis to understand which opportunities will create the most value.
- I then work with CFTs at the plant to execute these high priority jobs to reduce cost of quality across all plants.
- I also led Project Management Task force Groups finding the highest Cost Savings opportunities within each site, and building the capabilities of plant staff to assess and achieve Labor and Cost savings on those Projects focusing on DLE, OEE, Labor, and Cost Of Quality.
