• Conduct periodic inspections of valet lot to maintain cleanliness

• Assist customers with product questions and quickly resolve disputes
• Manage high stress situations calmly and effectively
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to new hires
• Collaborate with team members to develop process improvements
• Build strong product knowledge for informed recommendations
• Conduct periodic inspections of assigned area to maintain cleanliness
• Work as a team to tackle large projects
