Accomplishments

I have been with PNC for a little over two years. I have started as a part time teller and moved quickly to BBCAM of Grove City. When i came to this branch customer service scores were at a all time low and we were ranked 7th in the territory. As of year end 2024 we finished #2 in the territory and finished all time high and found consistency in these activities.
