  • Individually created new condensed patient data forms that enabled each clinical stations technician to rapidly access patient need, transcribe data quickly, while ensuring all documentation was accurate, HIPAA compliant, and patient treatment never diminished.
  • Assisted in updating and revamping all health, medical, and staff regulations due to COVID-19 ensuring staff and patient safety yet not impacting patient treatment or patient volume.
  • Knowledgeable in patient glasses fitting and helping patient select frames. Accurately measured bridge and eye size, vertex distance, template length, and optical centers of eyes.
